How It Works
Step 1: Book your VIP Day
Allow yourself 2 weeks to do some prep work before your VIP Day if a redesign or new content is involved. Punch lists for existing clients and website reviews can be 1 week out.
You must be available throughout this day to respond to questions and clarifications via Facebook Messenger or Google Chat. (This is not necessary for website audits/reviews.)
Book your date with a deposit or pay in full.
Step 2: Let's get ready
You’ll receive a welcome email and instructions on where to upload new content.
You’ll schedule your pre-work call. This is where we’ll decide on a priority list for the work that will be done during your day.
Step 3: Today's the day!
I’ll dive right in and get working on your priority list.
If I have any questions or need your feedback along the way, we’ll communicate through Facebook Messenger or Google Chat with quick back-and-forth messages.
Step 4: Post Intensive Support
After your VIP Day is over, you will have 30 days of support to ask any questions about the work I did for you.
We worked quickly on your VIP day so I offer up to 1 hour of post-intensive edits/fixes on the work that was done.
Need another VIP Day or a half VIP Day? No problem, just let me know and I’ll get you into the next available opening.

Frequently Asked Questions
I usually work from 10:00 am – 5:00pm PST with lunch and bathroom breaks. As for what we work on, there is no “typical” day! We can gear the day toward your goals, so how we spend our time is flexible.
I work with WordPress (using Elementor as the builder) and Squarespace. If you are on a different platform, I likely can work with it as well.
Absolutely! Your website will look and work great on tablets and smartphones.

I do my best to estimate what we can get done during your VIP Day. During your VIP Day, we’re working quickly so I totally understand if you spot something that needs to be edited or tweaked. For this, I offer up to 1 hour of post-intensive edits/fixes on the work that was done.
Absolutely! Half days are available for smaller projects and punch lists.
No. If you have changes to the copy, you’ll need to provide them 3 days prior to your VIP Day. Otherwise, I’ll reuse the copy you have or I may come up with some sample copy so you can see what we’re going for and you can put your own spin on it later.
